Fixes on recession (specifically maxilla and mandible)

I have a flat/recessed maxilla and bad chin projection, a pretty rounded face mostly due to bloating and high bf and i cant afford hardmaxxes. Is there any softmax methods that arent pure cope? Everytime i try looking through forums i can never find anything on fixes cause everyone just talks about some other guys shitty statement
