How should I fix my acne I'm 14 and I don't want anything I take to fuck up my hormones

other than eating clean there is nothing and its okay to have acne at that age

You might be deficient in vitamin A, so start eating beef liver.

You’re 14 so it’s perfectly fine to have acne you need to stop stressing. They will disappear eventually.
