Has anyone actually managed to fix their anterior pelvic tilt? I'm sicking of looking bloated when I stand up straight.

Post routines/ shit that actually worked. I'm trying to engage my core more etc when walking.

my squat form is so fucked cus I didn't pay attention to it when I started out ffs

yes, im not talking from experience, its sciene based/ common knowledge

also guess why chads never get atp; they fuck all the time => squeze their ass everytime their thrust into a girl ==> get big glutes from it ==> no way getting atp
