Im not saying for certain but ive heard ppl say sleeping on one side could lead to soft tissue asymmetry or it might be skeletal.

Is just lighting man. Irl I have never seen someone with one hollow cheek and the another isn't. I have it also when light is coming sideways not direct

Its not lightning my left side has more angularity in direct lightning.

I have stronger masseter in left and i didnt measure but probably 1-2 mm wider zygos.
