My face on the left side is asymmetrical to my right side as I had an accident when I was younger off a motorcycle is my asymmetry fixable and if it is, how do I fix it?

i dont even notice the asymmetry, why are you even focused on that? people will be fat and talk about how the left side of their face kinda looks different just like everyone else on earth
