Fixing big orbitals

When relaxed, my PFH becomes above average which means my eyes look overly round (probably caused by my orbitals) however its accompanied by severe UEE (cillian murphy level) and bad supra & infraorbitals, which leads me to this; by getting infra & supra implants, accompanied with a blepharoplasty and a lower eyelid retraction all to reduce the PFH. Would my eyes look relatively close to a squinting effect? I have great eyes when squinting since all of my other metrics are ideal (Inner canthal, spacing, CT, colour, ect)

maybe it can depends on luck tbh , cillian lacks upper eyelid fats his eyes arent bad

what defines big eyes tho? tall PFH? or a bad pfl to pfh ratio
