Okay boyos.. this is a theory I came to conclude last year and have been practicing since.
It sounds a little stupid but the results (from my experience) were definitely worth it.
I’ll break it down into 3 part.
First the results, second the logic behind it, and third how to do it.

1. RESULTS
this is a before
IMG 5749
IMG 5755
this too.

And an after.
IMG 5750

IMG 5751

Noticeable results I would say.

2. THE LOGIC AND THEORY.
First let’s understand what the chin is, it’s centered on the mental protuberance, a triangular thickening of the mandible that provides to make your jaw MOG.
This bony base is overlaid by the mentalis muscle and is cushioned by superficial fat pads that define its rounded contour. These soft tissue layers are tethered to the bone by
mandibular ligaments.
IMG 5757
IMG 5759

now that we have a simple understanding of it.. the theory goes as.
Due to it being practically impossible to mold the chin bone, we will manipulate the soft tissue surrounding it through prolonged exposure to stress and pressure.
So we will apply pressure on the bone and fat so it can adapt to it.

3. HOW TO DO IT

essentially we want to grip around our mental tubercle (index finger on the outside and thumb on the inside) and squeeze very hard while pulling down in a repeated action.
IMG 5763
The mental tubercle.
EX. After correctly gripping it you’ll squeeze pull down while maintaining and increasing the pressure, then relax go back to starting position and repeat.
To dumb it down on the pointy part of your chin you’ll put your index over it and your thumb under it through your lower jaw, you’ll feel 2 muscles with a small gap under the mental tubercle, push your thumb into there and you’ll have a better grip on it.
IMG 5762
roughly how it should look.

I did it for almost a year, once in the morning and at night.
Each session took about 7-10 minutes.
I went until it felt really sore, anymore and you risk soft tissue damage.

I clean shaved to show you the results btw better fucking rep 😢

wouldnt this just train the muscles tho?? leading to a fuller chin

You were bonesmashing with a charger? That’s concerning

Makes sense but the chin muscle if grew wouldn’t cause the lower part to project

imma try soon, but my asymmetries are skeletal mostly due to diff ramal heights

You could fix the soft tissue issue just by looking up and kissing the sky.

Most people will have the asymmetry from the front due to a right AIC pattern, nothing wrong with the chin bone itself.

My chin bone on the right is still significantly less developed than the left one when I feel on it or pull my lips up, but once it’s in a rested position asymmetry is practically gone
I get your point but that would mostly cause more growth in the middle part of the chin

Is your neck also lower / more pulled down on the side with less development? Just a question, as there are reasons for these asymmetrical developments that is not genetic.

Ohhh I understand now, sorry.
No it was just one sided recession really
I still have it’s literally soft tissue filling up for it
Maybe I’ll post a video sometime to show you, but when I lift my lips or do a facial expression that lifts my lips you can see one side has more bone than the other
Rested minimal to none
