Fixing deep bite

I have a mild deep bite

(when jaw is closed top front teeth overlap botton front teeth)


I ve developed it since i was 7 and luckily it hasn’t gotten worse but i think it ruined my forward growth and my jaw wich is recessed

What are the possible way to fix it? If possible i would not do surgery
For the ones that really knows shit about that down there are other photos of my bite

youre probably not young enough since u arent asking this to an orthodontist and this forum instead
which means orthodontics wont be able to help but only a jaw surgeon will

Already talked with and ortho and he proposed me invisaling, i would just see other opinion

Incisor biting on a mouth guard can help push the anterior part of the maxilla upward reducing deep bite. It’s actually the only way to fix it naturally. Other than that, surgery and braces are your last option bro.
