Agreed, also it’s lower risk because you’re fixing something so you have a defined baseline. With creating or improving halos, your creativity can lead you down to paths bad for your harmony

getting night time contact lenses instead of wearing glasses, have the most impact on my SMV.

I have worn glasses for over a decade, it prob stunts my maxilla growth to some extend too.

I feel like without glasses people treated me differently as well.
