Fixing flat undereye and dent/line at the nasal base

My maxilla is kinda recessed and aside from doing double jaw surgery obiously is there any other way you could fix the flat undereyes and a dent near the nose base seen from the side profile besides filler? I'm probably gonna get filler for my undereyes but I'm mostly wondering about that ugly dent/line next to my nose cause I'm not sure if you can put filler there.
