How can I widen my lips, I feel like it's really descending me (not taking into account other things) and I would like to fix them I feel like they are thick enough but that's just my opinion if you feel like I'm wrong please tell me any feedback is good. If my lip widht is not something that needs to be fixed also please tell me

You can't do that, not in your case I'm so sorry but you're going to have to decrease the size of your nose. Tretin cream, hydrocortisone and a rhinoplasty (not in that particular order)

I would hope not but unfortunately dude it might be. I know surge can be scary as I'm gearing up to do limb lengthening 10cm total but good news is rhino is way waay easier on the body

Yea I know and I'm not scared it's that I'm still 16 and I don't know how well my situation with money will be later in life
