Fixing my eye area (brutal)

Ive always thought that my eyes were cooked but the more i look, the more disproportionate they become. Ive tried to fix my in the past by using product but they are probably due to my recessed infras, since my sister and my father has them so its skull/genetic related fs.

Im also getting an appointment for a marpe soon and i hope my mandible will be wide enough for it but even tho, my goal with it is just to try and get a wider face which i think could help by 10-15% my eyes area.

But with everything said, i considered doing a methial canthus cutting diy surgery and i was wondering if it would help my case or not

I need the sauce to fix my eye area, i tried growing eyelashes with an multi peptide Serum, ive been using it for 3 weeks with so little result it pisses me off..

Is there a way to improve them tho like i could always put implants or fillers in my brows ridge to make them look more masculine but aside from surgery is there things i could do daily to help it?
