How do I fix my hollow undereyes? I have 0 fat under my eyes so I don’t know if I would need implants or not tbh. Orbital decompression may work.

Nothing other than infraorbital implants will fix it. I wouldn't even try with fillers around the eye area because you can go blind. Meanwhile, you can cope with hard mewing.

if you're getting eye area work done just get infraorbital implants, they would be your biggest increase

Orbital decompression is a tough risky surgery. I would avoid it if its unnecessary. Personally, I don't think you need it. You could just get infraorbital rim implants.

yea theres nothing you could do about it, no sane surgeon would perform a lefort 1+BSSO on you given that you have no functional bite issues. If you have a overbite, they will reccomend you jaw surgery aka a stand alone BSSO which is a scam since the effect is minuscule af, its only worth if getting it with a lefort 1..

You can consider if a Premaxillary Paransal implant since it frauds foward growth. but its expensive af, like 15k

Sure. Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet as a possibility. It is basically a lighter version of orbital implants since it lifts eyelids slightly and repositions a little fat from your lower lid into your tear trough.
