Fixing my last failo, eye area

My last failos are my eyes and nose, septorhino alartip is set for October first. My last failo are my sad dog eyes. I look a bit down here to the camera but its back camera 1.5 x zoom. I had in mind potential ptosis fix (have to see ocuplastic surgeon) fat grafting for tear through area plus negative hooding and under eyes. I heard cantho is mostly uncanny result so i am cautious with that, lower eyelid retraction aswell. I think the biggest problems are shit under eye fat pads and negative hooding but correct me if im wrong, thanks yall
