If I were to get this mole off of my upper lip, get a rhino for my slightly deviated septum, get my skin repaired and straight beautiful (I used to pick at acne a lot), and after my ortho work is done (currently bringing my lower jaw forward) what do you think my potential rating could be? And what do you think it is now? Also do you think these are my main flaws?
