is my upper palate narrow?

I really wanna get palate expander but I’m not sure if my upper palate is narrow enough to get it. do you think my ortho will install it for me? I have 6 teeth smile and a lot of space in corners of mouth while smiling btw

It's relatively narrow, not too bad. Can you send a pic of your entire face to check the width of your face as well?

no lens distortion (distance from camera to face is about 1m) I think my lower third is too narrow how can I fix it? (Besides reincarnation)
