Fixing nasolabial folds is very difficult

I got fillers to both nl folds and it made me look more bloated/chimpy because of the increase midface/maxilla projection.
Now i have them dissolved and the fold even looks stronger than before. The bloated look went away, but it seems like i need to make a decision between looking old with a fold or younger but more bloated

no idea, I thought it came down to lower maxilla projection and fat pads combined. its just not something fillers can fix. maybe some sort of lefort could?

Nobody in my country offers mse, also i would need msdo in combination Thats a massive effort and money investment.

Are you sure that you need msdo as well? Maybe bsso and implants could make the lower jaw appear wider than it is, so nothing like msdo is necessary.

You need msdo to get upper and lower bite match together. With only mse and a normal bite your palate will end up wider than mandible.
