Fixing NCT with a lateral canthoplasty. (is it actually possible?)

Ive seen a ton of people with NCT (me included) talking about a lateral canthoplasty to fix NCT but ive never actually seen good results or a canthoplasty that was specifically for the canthal tilt. If you guys have any good results or results photo's please post them here
