Fixing pimples in these spots

I have already asked about pillows for cheekbone acne as i really sleep with them pushed into pillow and lots of times i get fucked up pimples there.
altough here on this mf i drew where ive been gettin ts also

what can i do and what not? its rather random pimples then just acne rash but they look bad

tret, I also got pimples from pillow and the pressure/rubbing from it but once I started tret and shit it stopped

Nigga clean your pillow and cleanse in the morning and at night

I've noticed that if you cleanse twice daily most of the acne doesn't develop as the pores are being cleaned out frequently enough

But use a very light cleanser
