Fixing recessed orbitals with hyperpigmentation

You can fraud your orbitals being more developed by using hyperpigmentation creams under your eyes. Mine are pretty recessed and I kinda fixed it. But it was with a over the counter pigmentation cream. Mine are very discolored especially from the side profile. Does someone know the best cream for this something more professional. Not some cope over the counter shit. And not that it wil turn my undereyes more white than the rest of my face
