Fixing skinny fat just by lean maxxing?

Im 15 and 6'0, im 150 pounds/68kg and am skinny fat, should I consider body weight training or just leanmax? I dont have access to a gym so I would most likely just be doing calisthenics
 
you could do a mini lean bulk maybe a 200 calorie surplus w alot of protein so u can develop some muscles through calisthenics and then go on a cut or just leanmaxx if u dont care about having muscle mass

Cut first always. He can still build muscle in a deficit when skinny fat and a newbie.

Just cardiomaxx + lipolab maxx for stubborn fat + potassium chloride max ur done
 
My face makes me look 168kg
You are crazy case of skinnyfat then. 10 years ago I was 83kg at 188cm skinnyfat. I went down to 73kg and I was still fat. You need muscles. Even at 60kg you will look fat. I would slowly get some muscle and then cut. By the way, you won't get rid of skinny fatness without gym. You need muscles once again.

lots of cardio but weight training at the same time. workout 5 times a week

neck muscle is OP for face it add a lot
every other muscle is a nice addition and will look good but if to much muscle its diminishing returns

you can’t see his physique can you. i’m assuming he’s fat with skinny arms legs and face. that’s why i said cardio to burn fat weight training not to end up with saggy bits etc

that’s a tough one skinny fat is always awful tbh. there’s guides for getting lean from skinny fat on here

alr, I'll try to take a look at some of them, any specific ones you recommend? If you dont have any of the top of your head thats fine I'll find them myself

it might be water
it might be fat
or it might just be how your face shape is


if its fat then gaining muscle will help as your metabolism will be faster too. (it helped me a lot)
and by working out (while and after) u will burn calories anyways u just wont waste time with cardio
cardio is only justified for hearth health thats it
if its water try taking electrolites
