assymetry in the lips is a complicated thing, I have it aswell.
While some of it may be do to certain muscles not being evenly strong on each side of your face, it can also come from a canted smile. If your actual smile is canted, fixing the asymmetry in the lips would require orthodontics.
If it's your muscles, you could attempt to train the muscles (though not 100% sure it would make a huge difference).
If it's a different thing and your lips just aren't as full on each side, or have a slight imbalance genetically, slight lip filler moderately can help.

The lip filler is a really good tip and I for sure get that looked at also what do you mean by canted smile and what orthodontics would it require? Would I benefit from marpe?

A canted smile just means that the teeth aren't aligned perfectly. It could be "canted" to the right or left, but you should be able to notice if you check your gumline and make sure that U like curve of your mouth looks accurate.
The proper orthodontics for that would just be braces/invisalign.
As for Marpe, your smile already looks pretty wide, so don't believe Marpe would be a necessity. Braces widening the arch of the teeth could help though if you do have misalignment.

As for the braces do you think an orthodontist would recommend it as a necessity or would I have to pay out-of-pocket and if I could get it out of necessity what should I say that I need to get it because I also struggle with TMJ so would that be a benefactor of me getting them?

Braces are typically out of pocket, especially for your case. I wouldn't say you need them, teeth look pretty straight. Just gives you a chance to fix some of the lip asymmetry.
TMJ wouldn't really affect braces treatment in anyway and don't think it would help u get it covered.
Filler has a much higher ROI for your case.
