Dark circles destroy contrast and hide away your good features. I've got them so I was thinking best way to solve this is RIM implants + fat grafting. Question for the experts out there: Can you actually do both surgeries at once or do they have to be separate?

Genetics. I used to have them for my upper eyelid as well but eye area became more compact hiding it I guess.

Tried everything to get these bastards away.

It is the first time I hear anyone does both :feelsmega:

Choose either RIM implants XOR fat grafting :feelsokman:

What's the point of duplicating? Are you gonna just choose a shitty implant, and then throw additional fat on top of it? For lulz? :Comfy:

We'll see tbh. If I can get away with fat grafting I'll do that instead but I'm trying to aim for hardcore hunter eyes.

Read here and there some doctors add fillers on top of it if the results are not sufficient enough

How are you gonna get hunter eyes with infraorbital rim implants, or fat grafts? :feelsmega:

You want to hide scleral show, so you think that fat graft/implant would raise the eyelid? Not gonna happen. (y)

I'm not looking to raise the eyelid. I'm looking to add volume to the hollow under eye.

How is this connected to hunter eyes? :feelsmega:

For hollow under eye you need only an implant or only fat grafts, hunter eyes are unrelated

okay take hunter eyes out of the equation for the mean time.

How familiar are you with fat grafting? I would assume if I have horrendous dark circles I could go for multiple sessions

I know that it is an unreliable and financially/cosmetically dangerous procedure for the undereye.

If the fat dies unpredictably, they will have to either overfill you, or to cut you open to take the fat out. Surgeons ALWAYS overfill you initially, because only 80% fat survives.

This is why the optimal solution for the undereye trial is FILLERS. After you try them, and see that they improve your condition (since dark circles can come from MANY reasons, NOT ONLY recession of the lower orbital rim), go for infraorbital rim implants (y)

Felllw chads @deathdiss @Lagrange please tag me in any dark circles related post you make.

I was thinking of getting infra for that but I probably need to know more.

what about PRP for under eyes? I'm looking at google images and the results seem quite good.

I wouldn't trust this. High chance this is just another gimmick to suck money out of unsuspecting patients. (y)
"Image" results should not be trusted, since they are very easy to fabricate. They could take the photo within 10 minutes of treatment for example:feelsokman:

I know how can you actually solve this but I won't share :soy::soy::soy::soy::soy:
