This is slightly irrelevant to what you asked but can you answer some questions for me?Can you please let me know how to fix my under eye area which seems hallow and I have eyebags under certain lighting
I’d love to answer your question but may I ask why before I do so?This is slightly irrelevant to what you asked but can you answer some questions for me?
1. What sorts of foods did you eat growing up (from a baby into your childhood)?
2. How long were you breastfed for?
3. Did you breathe through your nose naturally from birth?
4. Did you mew naturally from birth?
5. How often did you eat junk food?
6. Did you drink milk often?
7. What sports did you do growing up, and how often would you train?
I'd really be grateful if you could answer these.
Now for your question, it looks like you'd benefit from a fat graft to the undereye region, as it seems to be a soft tissue issue

READ THIS if you’re considering fat grafting
Just got off a video call with a well renowned clinic in Bangkok, it’s close to where I got my HT done, and I love the area, so I thought fuck it, let’s fix my failos once and for all. I legit gave him 200+ questions in like 20 mins, I should have screen recorded it tbh. Anyway, if you’re...looksmax.org
its barley even noticeableCan you please let me know how to fix my under eye area which seems hallow and I have eyebags under certain lighting
I'll answer why afterI’d love to answer your question but may I ask why before I do so?
Ok I will try my best my memory of my childhood is very vague so I will try my bestI'll answer why after
But all I ask is you answer 100% honestly for these 7 questions
I see, thank you so much for this detailed response broOk I will try my best my memory of my childhood is very vague so I will try my best
1) I know my mother fed me premade baby mash and other baby foods. My parents growing up made sure I had a good diet with vegetables proteins and complex carbs. My favorite food growing up was steak and I remember writing this on a first grade self presentation project
2) I’m not sure how long I was Brest feed but I know that I was. I remember my mom said I was “addicted” to my binnky as well
3) I believe I did breath through my nose naturally. There are not may pictures of me with my mouth open as a child. Also during puberty I chewed tabbaco a lot so my mouth was always closed. I think I may open my mouth when I sleep as I still do wake up with a sore throat from time to time.
4) I’m not sure if I mewed naturally from birth
5) I did not eat junk often in my childhood year but as a teen and pre teen my diet was very poor as I became more independent
6) I drank milk often as it was my mom’s favorite drink so she always had me drinking it.
7) I only played baseball growing up and I trined religious from a young age. I was also always outside as a child and stated lifting at the age of 13 with however lifting was inconsistent through out the years.
Hopefully this helps you
Thanks
I guess so my tonge kinda naturally goes to the top of my mouthI see, thank you so much for this detailed response bro
Just asking for question 4, I'm guessing you have been naturally having good tongue posture (mewing), for as long as you remember?
Reason I sent this is because you have very good craniofacial development
Your environment growing up has been very ideal.
Lots of people I've asked similar to you, have not had junk food much growing up and used to eat healthy eggs/milk etc
They also all chewed something from very early on
No extractions or elastics?I guess so my tonge kinda naturally goes to the top of my mouth
. If I position it somewhere else it feels uncomfortable I also had braces in case you’re wondering
No extractions I still have my wisdom teeth in and I never had elasticsNo extractions or elastics?
Then your ortho didn't screw youNo extractions I still have my wisdom teeth in and I never had elastics
Hahah that’s good I find it so strange that braces are almost a standard. Everyone I knew growing up had themThen your ortho didn't screw you
Braces didn't negatively affect your craniofacial development, you're good
No. Craniofacial development is overwhelmingly genetic, partially epigenetic at best.I see, thank you so much for this detailed response bro

Snicket thank you for the insight. I’m a carious is there anything that can be done for improving my maxilla without a lefort movement such as implants. I feel as if I have a decent base and can really improve my looks with a few conservative implants etcNo. Craniofacial development is overwhelmingly genetic, partially epigenetic at best.
The vast majority of people do not have the genetic potential for a perfect forwardly grown face or anything close to it.
It’s like a 5ft 6 man thinking he could be 6ft tall with the right diet.
You can optimise your craniofacial development but you can't fundamentally change it.
OP has a decent maxilla but nothing to ride home about. His mandible and ramus are excellent however.
There's a strong likelihood that his facial structure was inherited from his parents or other further up the ancestral tree.
You don’t need any kind of LeFort surgery.Snicket thank you for the insight. I’m a carious is there anything that can be done for improving my maxilla without a lefort movement such as implants.
You look good and honestly, I would not be considering any kind of surgery in your shoes.I feel as if I have a decent base and can really improve my looks with a few conservative implants etc

Ok thank you for your complimentsYou don’t need any kind of LeFort surgery.
It would be very invasive for no clear benefit.
Infraorbital rim implants would give you more under eye projection and possibly solve the problem.
However, under eye hollowing can be a result of either declining fat pads or insufficient under eye projection or both.
So I can’t be certain that this will solve your problem, OP.
You should talk to a cosmetic surgeon to isolate the problem if this is a big issue for you .
You look good and honestly, I would not be considering any kind of surgery in your shoes.
Your under eye area problem isn’t severe or even particularly noticeable.
I understand the desire to improve on your baseline but I wouldn’t opt for surgical intervention unless there’s a clear benefit in doing so.

I agree, but not everyone reaches their potentialNo. Craniofacial development is overwhelmingly genetic, partially epigenetic at best.

I agree there would be an impact but I don't think it would radically change facial structure.I agree, but not everyone reaches their potential
Class III underbites are genetic but having overbites from breathing through your mouth from birth and then having 4 premolar extractions before puverty and years of braces with elastics surely would have an effect
I'm speaking from experience as I've had this and all of my family members didn'tI agree there would be an impact but I don't think it would radically change facial structure.
Genetics >>>> Epigenetics
I understand your point of view and respectfully disagree. I have heard stories like this many times from other users.I'm speaking from experience as I've had this and all of my family members didn't
All have projected maxillas with no undereye crease from a negative orbital vector, nor condylar growth asymmetry from uneven ramus during development. One ramus is longer than the other, causing entire skull to grow in an abnormal direction where it's twisted on an axis that isn't centred
Both my eyes have positive tilt but one is much higher
Zygos are asymmetric in projection and height, I feel bone loss from extractions is responsible from this. Check before and afters of premolar extractions for adults. This is a notable difference. For children this would be exponentially worse
Thing is I also had broken my nose growing up and never straightened it, so I can't accurately say the asymmetry was definitely from orthodontics or from my skull developing using a different midline
Agree with this.In any case from the off chance that this was significantly dependent on genes, I guess I'll have to prioritise a girl who has good craniofacial development over features/ratios
And maybe not racemix but find a girl with a different pheno from my country, as a wider gene pool, leads to less recession for the child (mixed race kids often have least recession)
Just wondering a common criticism I has is a smaller mouth I’ve seen a palate expander can be a fix to this and it’s relatively cheap compared to other hard surgeries. Just wondering if this can negative impact my facial structureI understand your point of view and respectfully disagree. I have heard stories like this many times from other users.
Their family members all had forward grown, healthy maxillas, ortho fucked me etc...
Genetic recombination is a major cause and people often romanticize the looks of their family members.
I can't judge your individual case and it wouldn't be fair for me to do that so I won't.
I'm just skeptical. All research papers I've read state that facial development is overwhelmingly genetic, roughly 80% genetic and 20% hereditary, with ramus length and asymmetry being the only two big environmentally affected attributes - which is consistent somewhat with your history.
I don't really see why ramus length would cause the entire maxilla to grow at a cant.
Agree with this.
