Fixing under eyes

Hey guys

(Sorry if my english is bad)
i need some help with my under eye area
I have been sleeping 8-9 hours and still have these fucking purple/blue eyebags
But sometimes i go out ext. And a sleep like 4-6 hours and dont get them
So i assume they arent caused by bad sleep

Anyways i back in like 2024 oktober i went to the dermatologyst and se recommended the ordenary coffine serum

And i just red pneumos old post on some other thing i cant remember and he mentioned that it doest work and such

I was using it before and after sleep and it rarely did any work
Only worked a little bit

I will attach a picture of how my eyes look rn and i would love to get some help and hear some ideas keep in mind that im 16 and in eu
So i dont have acess to everything such as surgery and so

Thin undereye skin, use a retinoid or smth, ts been helping me but idk if its just a placebo do some research on thickening undereye skin
