Fixing water burn/discoloration

how the fuck do you remove this? there were some blisters and now the skin is slightly discolored. I've tried topical honey, vit c, chemical peels and tretinoin for it, not that much difference

it's not that big and only really noticeable in some lightings. but still. no doctor :owo:
