Fixing wide face

My face is so wide especially at around eye area and forehead.

Sad thing is I don't have a corresponding facial height to harmonise it.

looks like but IPD wider.

My plan is:

Zygo reduction + OBO + Bimax for sfs

Can any looksmaxxers tell me if any surgery's gonna help me out in dm. I have chadlite level forward growth so don't let me rot as truecel.
