Fixxing uneven skin texturr

Been using all kinds kf stuff, accutane worked best for my acne overall. Started micro-dosing, but I have 0 acne and some skin texture that becomes even more wierd when my forehead gets a bit oily. How do I fix this?

AM: Cleanser, Moustrizer, SPF50 PA+++
PM: Cleanser, Tretinoin, Estriol
