No it’s not for most ppl. I did it for a month and didn’t lose too much. An healthy weight loss would do it for 3 months to see results 1 month won’t yield much. Trust me I go on crash diets several times a year last one was in January to early feb

best weight loss alternative is to legit just drink Coffie. That shit I swear works treats and stops me from devouring the planet. I still eat a lot hence why I’ll never get lean even if I try but that helps

that's still only 2kg, unless you're a small woman there's no way it would make any big difference
200lb 20% losing 5lb ends up 18%. if u are used to bulking/cutting u would know even 2% makes a big difference

the lower your bf the slower it should be to lose 2kg. When you're fat you can lose a pound a week easily

You realise losing 5lbs isn’t all fat right? You’re also losing muscle and water on that time more like 2-3lbs of that is fat. Personally I find strength training on 2k wld doubt mild cardio (walking) works best with one or 2 days of HIIT will make your body transition well

daily weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs from food and water retention but i can get it down to ±0.1lb with same diet, salt intake, time at measurement. it takes trial and error to dial in daily expenditure especially with day to day variation in activity. online calculators are a very rough estimate. when i first tried mine the calc undershot about 250kcal because i was losing 1.5lb weekly instead of 1

Honestly for me i always add an extra 250 calories to my intake daily just to be sure I haven’t eaten over my amount.

Now dieting is hard cos I wanna cut but I also want a body like @lookz I already on the right path (huge muscle mass shoulders chest arms etc but I don’t work out I’m genticslly gifted in that regard but I’m 25% bodyfat only downside) so I wanna lift been doing it for 2 weeks now and I have blown TF up soley due to that and finally getting 160g protein daily

u can easily gain lbm on deficit @ 25% especially as beginner lifter. bulking past 20% bf is wasted calories and looks. u need to aggressively cut (700-900kcal) for 12-14wk to get down to 15%. as blonde jock said starvation is the key to looks

This really. But losing weight is herd. I find the best thing for me to do is eat or or 2 meals a day do 1hr walk a day and that keeps it down. I’ll then have a prettier shake and try to get 100-165 protien a day so when I lift I’m happy

once u commit to it and see results u realize its just a mental block u justify urself for short term pleasure. most people are unaware of their thought process and just lie to themselves. eventually u will be able control food intake on command and easily ignore high calorie junkfood when ur stomachs growling and u feel like an african kid
