how important are flared gonions?
are they only reliant on genetics or can you get them by soft maxxing

They’re somewhat important for making the mandible look better from the front and you can just softmaxx them easily by using the last few teeth on both the left and right side of your jaw to bite strongly for a few seconds on some food, specifically chewy ones trying to do that on soft foods won’t really do anything

my jaw is somewhat narrow would flared gonions make it look better or worse and can you explain the soft max a lil more in depth

If you look at the examples of narrow jaw vs wide jaw it’s actually pretty much all inward vs flared gonions unless you mean the palate which i also have a narrow one and flared gonions are probably one of my best features

So basically you just use the last row of teeth called molars, bite as hard and long as possible on food that is as hard as possible like steak for example and take turns using the ones on the left or right so you don’t become asymmetrical

Its a dimorphic trait i would say its pretty important but you cant really change it without surgery(mark solution)

Its called Massider training making it seem to be bigger while in reality the muscle is the only thing that changed a really good soft max
