Flat maxilla and recessed maxilla are very different things

Recessed maxilla fucks up your whole face as the jaw, nose, eyes, cheekbones and even lips all get fucked up which by the way are the features that make up your face (very bad having one of those recessed maxillas)

A flat maxilla like Robert Pattinson is just flat, you still develop in the jaw, nose, eyes and cheekbones properly but your lower maxilla doesn't project horizontally, I guess it's just genetics frfr

I think overall maxillary projection is a phenotype thing for whites tbh, I see downgrown ethnics but their maxillas grow forward a lot while I see white guys with decently flatter maxillas but very well developed faces

in the south of europe they have plumper lips because their ancestors never experienced the ice-age and their temperatures don't drop as low in the winter, thin lips are an adaptation to cold because thicker lips are prone to frostbite, the nasal shape of northern europeans is also a cold adaptation.

you sometimes see a combination of both because the south repeatedly colonized parts of the north, i.e romans.

yeah, their ancestors lived in cold steppes, the ancient climate of china was harsh, their eye shape is also a cold adaptation, northern europeans developed hooding, they developed epicanthic folds.

completely and utterly wrong, it's extremely prevalent among all nordics, people from the UK, denmark, netherlands and germany have extremely flat upper lips, it's not caused by their bones.

Exactly they have flat philtrums. That's it. Has nothing do with the maxilla except if you are misinformed. They still have strong maxilliary complexes.

I think it’s also because 95% of ethnics have an anteface and nordics are the ethnicity with the most forward grown neurocraniums and tend to have a strong chin. Look at dolph in this pic, his midface is not close to being poorly forward grown yet in relation to the rest of his thirds it’s kinda behind

Yeah tbh I think their maxillary projection hurts them because everything else is so far back, I also have a very similar maxilla to dolph but the rest of my features are developed so idk

I have recessed maxilla but my lips are not at all thin

I will report back at the end of the month, I'm getting fillers for my philtrum column which should fix it to some extend as it creates more of an upward swoop in the upper lip.

maxilla recession exists, it's just not nearly as prevalent as .org thinks, they're just projecting ethnic mid face development onto europeans.
