Flat Maxilla

I’ve came to the conclusion that my maxilla is flat probably cause i’m asian and bad chewing habits growing up. I’m 17 and wondering what would help me.
Idk how i’d get approved for Lefort 1 and it’s expensive so thats not happening. Should i get paranasal implants or far grafting that could help?
