flat maxilla

how can i improve my flat maxilla, idk if its due to fucked asian genetics but its most likely due to extractions from my braces which i currently have on, any tips on fixing this issue and if i should wait until i get my braces off to proceed. no cope methods plz

Most likely caused by the extractions. You will need a Lefort 1-3.
