this is with the use of pdo threads to uplift the nose
these are insane results holy shit literally what i need it although my main problem is my droopy nose tip it also makes ur nose alars slimmer as its lifted which is gonna be very useful

im gonna diy it as pdo threads are cheap ill do more research but it is very promising

once i do it around april-may im gonna make a guide and post a procedure of myself doing it dw

most of the time ur nose appears flat because of ur recessed maxilla. just keep in mind if u wanna do rhino for ur flat nose
