I’ve been hyper-fixating on my mouth area profile harmony for a while now. When I mask out my lips, my profile flow looks significantly better. I made a morph GIF showing my current real profile transforming into what I consider my ideal structural alignment.
Looks relatively fine from the front
but look at this morph - looks a bit uncanny and maybe unrealistic, but its ai so what do you expect lmao, although def mogs imo
AND JUST LOOK AT THIS WTF
nothings morphed here but the coverd img looks much better than the real img - its a bit hard for me to identify the cause but by covering parts I believe that the philtrum protrutes a bit excessively and lacks a curve, and the bottom lip sticking out causes a percieved recessed chin? is it possible it just looks recessed because the lips are being forced too far forward.
CONTEXT
For context on my bite, when I close my mouth normally, my front teeth touch but my back and side teeth completely hover. I think it might be a posterior open bite, but I'm not 100% certain. I had braces in the past, lost the retainer, and teeth have def repapsed/shifted back. My wisdom teeth were also severely wedged and pushing forward before I got them cut out last summer, which probably contributed to my front teeth flaring out. On top of that, Im almost certin I have a family history of sleep apnea, likely due to narrow palates obstructing breathing.
I've attached my old X-rays from right when my braces finished at 15 so you can see how crowded my roots were before the relapse
NOW WHAT???
I'm posting in the surgery section because I need some honest advice on a few paths:
Any help/advice/resources is greatly appreciated, will do these things just for science/experience, but want to ensure I do properly so i dont have to rope

Teeth kinda like this - these pics might look a bit more exaggerated but thats essentially what is happening

I'm posting in the surgery section because I need some honest advice on a few paths:
- Is an open bite like this fixable purely with orthodontics like braces or Invisalign to pull the front teeth back and close the bite, or is this a bone issue that needs jaw surgery (like a Lefort or BSSO)? I am totally open to surgery down the line when my money is up, but it's not realistic right now.
- Given my narrow palate and breathing issues, would MARPE skeletal expansion be a good idea at 19 to widen my jaw and create space to pull my front teeth back?
- I am currently planning on doing lipovela submental/buccal fat(not for this specificly want to improve face fat, but if anyone has insight on using for nasolabial folds lmk). I'm also considering a temporary Botox lip flip for the upper lip, because I know regular filler on top of teeth that already flare out is just a fast track to a massive, migrated filler mustache look. Would a lip flip be recomended, or is it pointless without fixing the teeth/bone(if thats the issue)? Also will prob do chin filler soon, decent roi but not priority rn.
