If you’re already lean and not bloated, natural tricks won’t make your zygos bigger. Only surgery or implants can actually add volume.

If your face is still bloated despite being lean, most natural tricks (like facial exercises or creams) will have minimal effect on adding volume to your zygos. Temporary fillers like Volufiline might give a slight lift, but permanent increase in bone/cheek volume usually requires implants or surgery.
