Nigga do you put the mouthguard on your upper or lower set of teeth
The mouthguard goes on both teeth, how are you supposed to only put it on one side? Which ever mouthguard you got it should be obvious where it goes man

Yes, it does create a posterior open bite, this isn’t bad at all, it’s bad if you let it close on its own after removing the mouthguard, as it causes ALOT of issues, having the open bite is not the problem and it doesn’t interfere with chewing as much as one may think, the only issue is when you close it.
Wdym by let it close, like not wear it for a long time and you become deformed again or you clench your teeth to close it kinda instinctively please elaborate

I mean, when you develop a posterior open bite , which is good, keep it open by wearing the device, if you for whatever reason decide you want the open bite to close, just don’t wear it and it will close again, and yes in a way you are becoming deformed gained you could say hahaha

I don’t know, I mean it just really depends, if you are properly developed I suppose not, I can’t say for your specific circumstances or what not, but I don’t see how this couldn’t improve someone who is already properly developed, it would only add onto that in my opinion, “never enough”

I've never had teeth problems. The only mouthguards I've worn are for sports and they all sit on the upper deck nigger

Then if you buy that sort of mouthguard wear it the way it was intended, something like the reviv is double sided so you wear it on both teeth, I would recommend the reviv since it adds more space

It looks good but idk, it might not add any substantial height to the teeth, remember the more height to faster the change.
Height meaning the gap between the top and bottom part of the guard is greater?

By height I just mean the space between the teeth, the more space the more of a stretch, and if that means there’s more of a space between the top and bottom part of the guard then as longs as it’s a sufficient height hen that’s alright

YEAH BUT. didnt Ken himself say that the bite closes on its own over time as you continue to support it!?

I saw a video from Cranium talking about this and she recommends it, although something that made me suspicious was that in the comments someone asked if mouthguards cause a posterior open bite and she said yes but that it's not a problem (it seems like a problem to me).
Idk what to do about my deep bite. Even though it's very slight, I'm not at all comfortable with my profile
hey that was me lol!😆

Yes! That’s as your teeth erupt! This takes a long time, but surprisingly with me it’s taking a lot less!! It’s not just letting it close on its own! It has happened to me already, teeth erupting, like no joke it really has happened and incredibly days i don’t even know how
IMG 5410
It’s just continually erupting more and more, sooo much it’s awesome it really is.

Just typing quickly, any rational person would be able to deduct what i was trying to say, which is, if there’s enough height to cause a stretch then sure, wear it.

Don’t worry about my previous post,my fave is changing greatly, like if you saw how much it has changed in 2 months just by unlocking my occlusion and adding a height with the mouthguard, trust me, wear it regularly and you will see
thank you bro, does it have to be reviv or can it be any flatplane?

I mean, any mouthguard can stretch the soft tissue Aslong as it’s flatplane and has enough height, I believe my Temu mouthguard was stretching, barely tho, I’m telling you man, the ammount of stretch I’m getting right not from the R2 large vs the Temu mouthguard, is night and day, really don’t get a Temu mouthguard even tho it could work, it will just never work as good as a high quality mouthguard, bad quality mouthguards, they deform fast unfortunately, so I would REALLY recommend buying the R2 large instead of waiting years for something that could take a year, so I recommend the Reviv

But yeah man I think it just depends tbh I personally would’ve bought the mouthguard myself, just buy the shock doctor and wait for a bit to see how it treats you before outright spending 89 bucks

At what age does it not that anymore tho? Im not trying to wear a mouthgard during the day for my whole life. If only wearing it in the might is fine, then okay, cause nigger i dont want to wear that shit to school and work for the rest of my life

After wearing a flat plane mouthguard for a little over a month and a half or two, my molars are starting to upright, it’s MAGIC!
You can gain the same success wearing a simple 20 dollar or even 5 dollar flat plane mouthguard like this!

why should someone do this tho if they get and open bite from it which is really bad for aesthetics, but when he stops doing it he loses all the progress again

Hahahaha I feel you dude, (abt the wearing it during the day) I’m not too sure what you mean by what age it does it not that anymore, idk what that means but it works at any age, it’s just stretching soft tissues and unlocking the oclussion, you can do this at any age, as to when your teeth will upright I’m not sure, it depends, you can buy this during the day so it’s not sooo noticeable, https://www.amazon.com/Plackers-Gri...cphy=9051897&hvtargid=pla-2281435180938&psc=1

This is to keep the posterior open bite open,

Or you can buy polymorph pellets and make a a clipon, I recommend this more tbh, if you ever want to make a polymorph hmu

It’s a posterior open bite, it’s bad if you let it close as it keeps you rapidly deteriorating and aging. And yes, if you do stop doing it when you have an open bite because ur teeth haven’t erupted yet, you will lose progress all of it, and it’s not even a big deal wearing it during the night and a couple hours during the day or if you don’t wanna wear it during the day using polymorph clip ons or plackers, I don’t see this as a big deal tbh

How would that even be lying? The proof are in the pudding, he quite literally says any mouthguard that adds height, and unlocks the oclussion will work, it just is that he deemed that is the one that resembled a myobrace A1. Myobrace A1 is Gold for this btw..
Yes, in the beginning they where drop shipping the R1, he was looking for flatplane mouthguards that he deemed good, and he picked that one, you can buy it off Temu for 17-20 bucks he sells them for 25, now, the R2 is not drop shipped, he modeled it after the myobrace A1, and it’s a similar price,
And I saw ur post about the benefits
And if it’s like braces

No it’s not like braces, braces fix teeth, reviv “fixes” the skull what I mean is that, it stretches the soft tissues by adding height and it unlocks the oclussion, the benefits are that it literally fixes ur skull, and by fixing the skull it allows the body to stop compensating. Something as important the oclussion affects the whole body, in more ways that one could think

I mean if the loss of progress after stopping to use it doesnt apply to a certain age anymore since the bones have sutured etc.

How does it allow that tho, i mean if u live like a normal/healthy person, shouldnt the bite be normal anyways? And the posterior bite is really bugging me since i dont want to look like a ugly mf when i smile

You won’t, I don’t personally know anybody who smiles with all 32 adult teeth hahah, and yes, if you are a completely healthy adult person, you would have a perfect bite, but almost NOBODY and I say nobody loosely has a good curve of spee anymore because of the mothers also compensating… if your mother was compensating you will also develop with compensations.. and also dentistry, dentistry has ruined this world, they flatten the curve of spee, literally destroying everything.

What? The bones shift in the skull, this is how asymmetry is fixed, you don’t grow new bones to fix the holes in the assymetry, your bones shift to the correct positioning, and wether you grow from there in after I have no clue.

Are you talking about the mouthguard I liked from Temu? The one that costs 8 bucks? I only pasted the link to show people what mouthguard I use.. I am not the creator of reviv bro.. and if you think it’s somehow a lie because I posted the mouth guard saying would work, Ken literally says any mouthguard that adds height and unlocks the oclussion will work.. he’s not trying to sell a product in his own words, any mouthguard will do Aslong as it’s a flatplane mouthguard that isn’t indexed in the teeth and adds height, (this is to stretch the soft tissue) but I would not recommend the old Temu mouthguard anymore as it literally lost all its height and it deformed FAST and it was VERY SMALL so you can’t chose a size, this is fully different from Reviv you can choose a size and it adds ALOT of height in my view I’m literally wearing it as I type this

That’s not a posteriornopen bite hahah that’s a regular open bite, you aren’t getting this bite when wearing the mouthguard but I see why people may think this when the term open bite comes up
