So I caught a horrible flu, and I had my heater break the same night so I was freezing all week which made it much worse to get over. I remained in a sick state for a while and lost a lot of weight and muscle mass.

My face however, in the days following my fever finally breaking, improved dramatically. We all know that our face gets more caved in with a prolonged state of illness, this is low level shit, but what I’m really talking about is leveraging this effect instead of being completely ignorant to the blessing you’ve received.

Reverse dieting out of being sick is very important, you need to eat foods that agree with your digestion and are high in nutrient content. If you get over your sore throat and immediately eat a burger with a smoothie like a complete asshole, then that’s on you; but I don’t agree with that at all. This flu lowkey ascended me by like half a point on the PSL scale and I intent on using this momentum .

Your body is super efficient at partitioning nutrients when it finally defeats a pathogen, so you’re basically on an oral only steroid cycle for the next month in terms of your potential for muscle building. It’s dumb not to take advantage of that.
