I will start: My two severe buckteeth (uneven to each other and one is chipped), my parents are planning to get me invisalign in these two years.

that's about it, everything else about me is average/slightly above average (zygos), the good thing I guess is that two of them are fixable with finasteride + minoxidil + future hair cloning, but i've heard that a rhinoplasty is risky and im not sure what you can do about a short ramus

if i had to narrow it down to just one i would probably say my nose
