FME Maxila forward growth and zygomatic split ?

Can someone check if his zygo really split? He looks old but it really looks like his maxilla has moved. It looks like infra move ccw too (makes sense if the maxilla move). If all this is not bullshit this is the new nonsurgical way to get forward growth. Keep in mind he doesnt use his selfdeveloped facemask/puller. I think the facemask one is called FMA. This shit might work on many here that have a recession in the upper maxilla. I am just here to check if my observation is right please pin some high iq guys that actually have understanding about this and can verify

I cant think of any reason why his zygo would split if it wasnt for the maxilla moving forward

First crazy how quick you replied and yes its a small surgery my mistake if you do a corticupuncture than its a bit bigger. What I meant is not as much invasive as Lefort 2 for example or modified lefort 3 I dont want anything sharp around my eyeball or my face flapped.
