FME vs MARPE

In terms of facial aesthetics and pure cosmetic benefits which will be the best: A custom MARPE/MSE or a FME.

I am currently on the fence between the two however my maxilla is ~4mm recessed so I'm more inclined towards FME because the protraction that occurs from FME seems to be greater and id pair it with the FMA to ideally get the 4mm of true skeletal forward growth.

Is this more of a matter of if I can afford FME just get it?

fme is better brah there are multiple reasons why. the basics is the much less maxilla drop when expanded.(obviously depends on anatomy) but the fme also doesnt tapper off in force the as the forces reach higher up into the skull

if ur midface is super compact marpe

if ur midface is long fme

if you have asymmetries and a good provider custom marpe
