Last year, my friend and I became friends with a group of girls, and I started developing a crush on one of her. Eventually, I worked up the courage to ask her out after (everyone told me she felt the same way and there were plenty of signs that she liked me so I was kinda not expecting her to say no) However, when I finally asked her out, she said she “wasn’t ready for a relationship.” Literally two days later, she was dating some guy she had met at a party who she met a week before while I was away.
He’s basically the same height as me, and I’m probably taller than him, but he does look slightly better than me, which still pisses me off. Even now, I still have feelings for her, and I can’t see myself ever having the courage to ask someone else out again. At this point, I feel like I’ll probably never lose my KHHV status and I hate her for it
