Acne? no... an oily face? yes because it acts as a natural moisturizer. The reason i don't have wrinkles is because i'm an autist who doesn't make any facial expressions 99% of the time.

its a very large generalization but acne prone = oily/mixed skin = better moisturized
drying out causes wrinkles to appear faster
