I can't blame a girl for not wanting to date a guy, but still being in the skin of the rejected is way worse than being on the skin of the rejecter. Rejecting someone is awful because of the weight you carry on hurting the feelings of someone, and feeling responsible for being put in an elevated position, of course assuming it's a normal person with average counscience. Still, being rejected hurts on the ego and sense of self when you're not emotionally involved with the person, and hurts on your very psychological apparatus when you're emotionally involved with the person. You admire the girl for her deeds to the community you belong or anything like this, approach her and then gets rejected?
