I wouldn't say it's so much a matter of if you could but if you should. Personally I wouldn't want to escalate the situation in any matter or be seen as an involvement. The courts could see that video and charge you with aiding and abetting if they really felt like it, unlikely but I don't see a reason to take that risk especially if you don't personally know the person.
