Modern women are truly ignorant, delusional, and ungrateful. They don’t seem to understand that one of the most important aspects of themselves is their youth and beauty. Women are judged so heavily based on these things. If I was a woman, I would be doing everything in my power to preserve my looks and youth for as long as possible. Young beautiful women have so much leverage in society. Why would they want to live a shit lifestyle and throw their youth and beauty all away for some hedonistic pleasure?

Its hard tbh. You can't really stop yourself from smiling unless you passively are always aware about not wanting to smile.
