yeah bone issues makes sense but both forward and a bit of downward growth would be ideal no? im also curious as to why surgery wouldnt be an option already (do you mean is it not possible at this stage or that theres other things that can happen b4 he has surgery)

there's no actual secret useful information
it's all about having a good lifestyle (diet, sleep, exercise, etc.) and then if it doesn't work you get surgery
there isn't literally anything else that you need to know
this forum exists just for shitposting

He need to reach his full growth potential and the closure of sutures in the mandible, that s what I was told in the past, otherwise it can mess up the process

I js wanted to know what part of my face makes me chopped. From what I've understood now my face is too short. I dont really want any methods, I js wanna understand.

More useful when u are an oldcel trying to preserve or optimize what is already be done to u, but growing is a very rigid process sadly, hgh blasting will only lead to long ears and rhinoplasty if u are not stunted or increase growth velocity until the genetics dictate the limits ending up at the starting point with no extra

Recessed bones in some cases, high body fat and bad collagen in other, I had the latter one, started using tret about few week ago trust me when I say this 60 percent of it is gone and im really inconsistent so you can see better results
