Honestly depends on the person but I cant deny the fact that ive seen people built like literal ironing boards being glazed cuz they have abs (arent even lean abs btw its just cuz they're at 12% bf).

Lean abs are like actual muscle mass some people have like the malnourishment abs that automatically show once you reach 10-12% bf
