say we analysed the genes of a shit ton of people with blue eyes, then found the genes that correlate between them and in what way (ie what genes are slightly upregulated or downregulated etc) we could just edit all the genes necessary and the patient would have blue eyes

the main reason why everyone is different is because of these genetic variations, which ideally would also be solved through large scale analysis of their genes
