Followed that Teeth whitening procedure on here

I followed that teeth whitening guide in BOTB on here. Made some slight adjustments, basically instead of reapplying H202 every 30 mins, I just left it on for 75 minutes in total.

I'm pretty happy with the results, might go again in a few months when enamel is repaired to get like fake white look but happy so far.

Only extra thing I got that is not on the guide was some tramadol pain killers. I got these just in case, and glad I did because although the pain isn't unbearable it's nice to just get rid of it for first day or two while enamel is repairing. I'm shit when it comes to dental pain.

100% reccomend following the guide on here, and any questions just let me know.

Probably could of gone with something else, but I'm just such a bitch when it comes to dental pain I wasn't taking any chances. Only got 10 of them, definitely not a step I'd reccomend to anyone with an addictive personality but I'm not like that and wouldn't go near prescription pain killers for anything except dental pain. I wouldn't have done this otherwise so worth the small risk for me personally.

What country are you from and what strength of h202 did you use? Im from the UK and cant find any high strength ones at all, nice results tho

Yep thats exactly how I did it, small amount on each tooth and cotton swab to cover.

I live in Europe and the max strength H202 (used for whitening teeth) is 6% streghth. I was able to use 35% stregth on myself and get what would of cost me thousands at the dentist for roughly €70 and get just as good results.

The pain came a few hours after just a numb constant dental type pain, but as I said i had strong painkillers so it was very bearable. It's now the next day and honestly no pain at all and no painkillers required.

Just a final update two days in and no enamel pain. All seems to be healing well and still very happy with the results.
